Thoughts before starting
Hi all-- I've swatched twice and am finally about ready to start. But first I need to make a couple of decisions.
- Does anyone have a cast-on to recommend? Since the bottom is raw, I'm concerned my usual long-tail will look uneven.
- Any suggestions on modifying the seed stitch gussets? I read Cathy's tale of woe.

Amby, I used the long tail cast on, and was just picky, if a stitch looked funny, I redid, then with the first row a purl I think it looks ok.
I am using the seed stitch, is working out fine.
